Purchased ALGO on CB transferred it to Pro should I move it to a wallet?

New to Algo: As the title reads, I made my initial Algo purchase on CB, then I thought I might want to use the limits feature on CB Pro so I transferred it over. Turns out you can't earn rewards on Pro so now I'm considering putting it back in CB, or better yet the Algo wallet.

My question is, if I move it to the Algo wallet, does the value still move with the market? Will my Algo in the Algo wallet gain and lose value with the market + earn rewards?
