For the past week or two Binance has been very slow for me. Been using it for over 2 years and never had this problem. It's so slow that it's very difficult to use. Is there a fix for this at my end? Anyone else having this problem?

When I activate Address White Listing, is this restriction on coin level?
E.g. if I whitelist a BTC address, does that mean that I can only transfer out BTC to this adress, and I can not transfer any other coin out of Binance?

I am trying to transfer XRP from Binance to my Ledger Nano S. The address is correct but the thing is the tag. I first did a test withdrawal and I clicked "No Tag". I withdrawal is currently being processed but I'm not sure if the Tag is necessary to transfer XRP. Its been a few minutes since I set this transfer up and nothing. I withdrew a different crypto and it was completed in 3-5 mins. Can anyone let me know if the tag is necessary and, if so, and get I find my tag since I don't have one. Thank you

When send coins to binance from a cold wallet, binance givens me a wallet code and everything works good.
My question is how does binance know that I was the person who sent coins to that wallet. I assume binance doesn’t keep a separate wallet for each user.

The futures market on BTCUSDT seems quite liquid, but I'm wondering how much slippage past stop-loss can occur - for example in the fast moving price action we recently saw. I'd like to trade but I'm wondering how at risk the account would be from slippage even when a stop is in place - can any perpetual futures traders comment on your experience of this on Binance?

My laptop was compromised about 20 hours ago now and the hacker(s) got access to Binance. I have 2FA switched on, but I believe Binance did not auto-log me out and it was left open. It's not clear how they were able to withdraw as 2FA should have stopped that from happening, either my 2FA seed must have been compromised as well (from within keypassx) so else something I haven't considered yet, I'm waiting on a response from support about this.
Anyway, there was 3 withdrawals, USDT, ETH and BNB. The USDT and ETH both went to an ERC20 wallet and have now been broken up into small transactions and basically lost forever.
The BNB though is still sitting in the wallet it was withdrawn to.
I want to know is there anything that can be done here - I know Binance won't have control to freeze the stolen funds on their chain, however am I correct in thinking that BNB can't be traded anywhere else but Binance and if so, the hacker will eventually have to send the BNB to Binance at some point if they want to cash it out - is there a possibility of recovery? Any ideas?
Hoping support get back to me soon, time is obviously of the essence.
All passwords and 2FA etc have been changed since.

I have an old account on binance.com. I tried to verify but it failed because I am in the US. I cannot withdraw from the account. Is there some way to migrate it to be on binance.us so I can verify my identity? Binance Support has not been helpful.

Under "History" I just need to pick a range of dates for the last year, the calender pops up. It will not let me pick a date range, even just for a few months. Why are there 2 calenders? Is one start and other is end date? When I try to pick a range, the calenders disappear. The > arrow at the top keeps disappearing so I can't change months. Why can't I just type the date range over the date field? Also nobody in North America writes date in YYYY-MM-DD format. This is INFURIATING

The promotion for zero maker fees when trading with BUSD is supposed to end on the 6th of this month. It’s been extended multiple times since they started doing this at the end of last year I believe.
Is there a chance it will be extended again/become permanent? or will it actually end this time? It’s a good feature that I reckon should stay.
