Hi, I'm trying to transfer USDT from Binance spot to Wazirx using Wazirx account transfer option. When I transfer I get this error message and it closes.
"As your deposit have not reached the required block confirmations, we have temporarily locked 0.2 BTC."
Currently the BTC that I deposited to Binance has 50 block confirmations. Is it not enough confirmations?
Also tried to chat with Binance support but chat seem to be not working.

I'm trying to reset my google authenticator on binance.us and it doesn't do anything. It just gives me a pop up saying "Certificate processing" and nothing happens after that.
Can't seem to get any answers from support or find anything like a live chat.
Any tips or ideas on how to get this problem resolved?

Has anybody else had a problem getting through the advanced verification stage? The proof of residency part keeps giving me trouble. I'm using my most recent bank statement, but it has been denied three times now because (according to the email I got) the address doesn't match. But I've checked many times and it matches exactly. The only thing that might be giving the automated program trouble is the fact that the zip code on the statement has the hyphenated thing going on for whatever reason where it's like, 92673-2456. But the first part of the zip code is all anybody ever uses. Or maybe it's trying to read the banks address which is also listed on the statement?
I don't know what the issue is. Any ideas?

Last week I made a transfer from my bank account to the binance account via a bank transfer (SEPA).
The money still has not arrived and it should only take a few days.
After contacting Binance the only thing I could do is wait.

Trying to withdraw IOTA for several days now. After my first attempt, no Tx ID was generated. After several hours I contacted support, who told me there was an error and I should retry. In the meantime, withdrawals have been suspended, no answers are given by support and "network busy" is stated as the reason.
Seeing how there are many other threads of binance customers who have experienced similar issues, any idea on how to speed things up /u/binancecs ?

since yesterday binance blocks my payouts for no reason. I no longer receive a verification code via email.
after opening a ticket I get a standard email where it tells me to check my "spam folder" ... this is impossible because 1. checked, 2. I received normal verification emails yesterday ... I don't get further support
does binance prevent my withdrawals because I have already had 4 withdrawals yesterday?

I put my coins to Locked Savings many times, BTC/USDT/BUSD and at every time I was able to press the Transfer button and take it back to my spot account whenever I need it.
Last month I bought BAND and price fell a lot, so I thought it is a good idea to just put it the Locked Savings like I always do. So I did, nothing bad about it right? Well, no, now I am not able to withdraw it because Transfer button is grayed out.
I contacted the support and they say Transfer button is for transferring to the Flexible Savings, and since BAND does not have a flexible option, button is not clickable. Therefore I have to wait 30 days. There isn't a single warning about this, nowhere. I had absolutely no clue. Please don't send me a random line from a hidden support page. That information should be right at the confirmation modal as a warning.
Now the price of BAND raised and I can't sell it, thanks Binance!
