It completely lacks the most basic information regarding my position:

1. Position size should not include my collateral or anything else NOT bought on margin!
2. Where is my open position P/L visible?
3. Where is "Close position" button/link?
4. Where is "Close all open positions" button/link?

BTW, your Position view show same information as Funds tab. What's the point in that?

Why do I see borrowed instrument on my Position tab? You have that already in Funds AND also in Assets tab. It looks like I am short of USDT for example.

Position tab should only show me my position (short or long) taken in some instrument using margin or leverage and previously describe relevant information and means to act.

PS! In "Place Order", why is the order size wiped to 0 every time I click on a price on Order Book?

Hello I have a question! In recent dealings with a crypto friend, we had an idea. What if there was a bitcoin payment processor in each business (restaurant, gas station, grocery store, ect...) where they coulf pay with bitcoin. Square, the primary credit card payment processor, takes around 3-4% when a card is used. That is a huge fee compared to bitcoin transfers. Our idea is to set up a way to receive the bitcoin, and then give the businesses cash for a fee of 1-2% as opposed to 3-4%. I am curious to hear your thoughts on this as well as if you would use it. I would also love to hear any ideas that you guys might have to improve this or if it already exists.

I’m wanting to set a Recurring Buy order.

Created a new Binance.US account and went through the full verification and linked my bank account.

When I place the order, I receive an error message that the system is busy, I get an email that my recurring buy has been cancelled, but the USD still get pulled from my bank account and added to my Binance.US account USD wallet.

Annoying that they would still pull the USD if the order has an error and fails.

Anyone else run into this issue and curious how it was fixed?

I wanted to withdraw some Euros using SEPA from my Binance account, but I get the error:

There was a problem processing this payment, please use a different payment method.

Now I wanted to create a support ticket to get this issue resolved but the support site ( https://binance.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ) does not seem to be working. At the site I can only select my issue, but there is nothing else to do, no entering text nor submitting the ticket. I tried using Firefox and Chrome.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just discovered that Binance API is showing the wrong data compare to their website.

Maybe I did something wrongly but still confused.

It's taking a data for 24hours(1day) of ATOMBTC asset. Everything is correct in this data, price, open, close, high, Volume in USD. Only Volume in BTC is wrong. On string it shows a "122.60368510" at this moment, but on Binance website it shows 350 of 24h Volume.

Why it's like that and how to find correct BTC Volume from API?

I am finding it hard to have faith in binance any longer.

For two months, binance have refused to give my husband any feedback regarding his account. They have frozen assets worth over $29,400 and since refused to give any feedback. The only response we get is to wait 48 hours for an email that will never come.

Yet today, my own account is in the same situation with assets worth almost $70,000 from for same risk management issue. Was asked to do facial recognition which has done successfully but still, has been told to wait.

Will I end up waiting two months as my husband?

Does anyone know how to grab the stop market order and move it, then it automatically changes the order. Like we can do on Bitmex.

So twice now I have set a stop limit buy order and when I go back to check later it says "expired" under trading history. I've never seen this until recently and as far as I knew orders were good until canceled. For example I had set a buy stop limit on NEO/USDTPERP at 10.72 stop, limit 10.80. Price has went well above that but my order never filled. and instead of being open (like if price just went up to quickly) its expired. Any help? I do it the same way most of the time without issues. Thanks

I think I must have missed something as this blog post by binance states that within 14 days of the promotion ending the Binance NFT will be issued. I assumed 14 days after the promotion ending meant 14 days after the date on the post (Jul 7). Today is exactly 14 days after that and I am wondering if I missed something entirely. I did everything the post requires but see no evidence of the NFTs ever being issued, not can I find any information about the NFT whatsoever aside from the post. At the risk of looking like a buffoon, please explain to me what I missed or if I am just early? Ty and sorry for my ignorance.

Long story short, I got stuck with a de-listed coin on Binance. Ofc, since it's a shit coin, there's only like one other possible exchange that I can (maybe) try to transfer it to get rid of it.

Apparently it's an ERC20 coin, but when I go to withdraw from Binance, it says;

"Swap to the BEP2 network, ERC20 withdrawal closed."

OK *changes transfer network to BEP2*

Now the recipient address has the following warning;

"The address does not match the currently selected network, it is recommended that you switch to another network." (there is only two network options)

All I really want to know is if I risk losing these assets entirely due to selecting the wrong network drop down option :/
