What an amazing ride it has been. We've accomplished a lot to be proud of and I've got a feeling that we're just getting started. I'm very excited about Dash's future, especially with the upcoming Dash Platform release which has huge upside potential.

This video was actually spot on, and I think having a consistent charting video/analysis for Dash would be great for this cycle. In the video he says he wants to do videos by request so if interested please leave him a comment on this video or a more recent Bitcoin video, and request more DASH analysis. I've been following for more than a month and the analysis is quite good.

The current dash proposal fee is pricing out any proposal that generates less than $600 in value. Soon it will be higher still. Look how few proposals there are this cycle. We should have the most proposals right now for marketing relates tasks.
For example I was just writing to a PR professional I know to submit a proposal to the DAO to put on a 1-time clinic on using twitter effectively (it seems to me we're not). Let's say the clinic is 1 hour long, how much can see reasonable expect to charge. It would be most rational for me to give her the $600 worth of dash directly than risk it not receiving enough votes.
The proposal fee is way too high.
With the launch of dash drive, I believe the proposal fee should be tied to a dash price in dollar value stored in dash drive oracle. If the oracle fails for whatever reason it would do very limited damage as it could always revert to a fixed number amount of dash (ideally significantly less than 5).
Anyone super familiar with the capabilities of dash drive? How plausible is this in the near-term future?

Is it too late to invest? DASH seems like quite a promising coin which may have some potential

So, I bought a gift card on Thursday morning from https://giftcards.dash.org/giftcards It has been 2 days and my transaction currently has 1074 confirmations. Contacted customer service and they said it is still processing. What is taking so long? Are they using the bloated bitcoin core blockchain?
Thursday afternoon response from Customer Service:
What is the point of using Dash if you are stuck with the bitcoin core blockchain?

Given that Dash is widely known as being #2 coin used in central and South America who at DCG can contact the Miami Mayors office to discuss adding Dash to the citys crypto acceptance program? This is a slam dunk with all our history in the most heavily
I've got some questions I could not find. I'd kindly ask you to help me understand. And please, I'm asking about dash, not how is dash better than XYZ coin.
InstaSend is handled by master nodes. But it has to be on blockchain, to be long term valid.
Master node creates the block with single transaction ? But master node does not have the computing power to create the PoW. Or that is handled by PoS? Or does the node just hold the transaction in something like mempool, and then gives it to miners ?
What happens if the InstaSend transaction, is in conflict with other transaction currently handled by miners. Does master node scan mempool if there are conflicting transactions ? Those blocks are refused after creation ?
'It's written" that sender is untraceable.
But if account YYY receives 2.34 dash, there must exist another account XXX that has subtracted 2.34 at the same time (plus fee, but that are 2 transactions).
Is there some obfuscation ? Like random confirmation delay, sending more dash and the amount split to correct values (send 3; 2.34 goes to YYY; 0.1 fee ; 0.56 to another my account )?
Currently fees are low.
What if dash goes 100x ? And 100x number of transactions? Will fees still be low ?
When dash nears max supply, block rewards will be low. Fees must be high to cover network. (Mainly miners will be expensive.)
Are there some mechanisms to hold fees low for long ?

Dash is the cheapest, fastest, most secure and first instantly settled Proof-of-Work cryptocurrency in the world. Its network features instantly settled & respendable transactions, 51% attack immunity, optionally private transactions and the first decentralized blockchain governance and self-funding model through incentivized full nodes which also enable easy scaling for mass adoption.
