Pack it up boys and girls the jig is up. Dan quits EOS just like everyone that we used to think hated on EOS said he would. Pretty disgusting to see.
After 3 years of following EOS this is in my opinion the final nail in the coffin for this coin. Everyone in the crypto community warned us about this and some of us still fell for it. Scammed by a professional con artist. It’s over. I’m out.

Wonderful news! Now Dan can focus on EOS instead of having his hands tied with eos.io. Not sure why everyone is freaking out, this is positive news imo.

A few yrs ago I put my EOS tokens on a MyEtherWallet using my ledger nano.
A few days go I downloaded ledger live and updated firmware on my ledger. I then selected the ethereum wallet on the ledger and saw my tokens. Tonight I can find them.
On another thread a member of reddit said:
'EOs is no more Er20 coin'
Additional info about my situation is that in late January 2018I registered my EOS via contracts in MEW. I obtained a new public key and new EOS private key.
I later received notifications from https://eosauthority.com/ that ‘you have xxx (number of my tokens) claimed EOS’. Then the message said ‘All your EOS will be transferred to EOSxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx’. Then it said ‘Your EOS account name on launch will be .xxxxxxxxxx. You are all set for the EOS launch! Just keep your EOS private key safe!
3 yrs later I don’t know how to access my EOS tokens. Can anyone help?
I don’t want to receive personal messages from new members who have 0 karma. Please help me via this thread only
Anyways, Im confused and would like to know how to get access to my tokens.

When EOS launch its mainnet couple years ago I “registered” and (I think) moved my EOS off ethereum chain to fairy wallet. I see an icon on my laptop for fairy wallet so assumed that was a the case. The EOS was previously held on ledger on ethereum chain.
I am now trying to access my EOS on fairy wallet. When I connect it says to connect my ledger to sign on. I did this but next screen says “Node URL” and there’s an http address in the box. I click connect button but it says “fails to connect - not found”
Can someone please tell me how I can get my EOS? I don’t know where it is I guess and assume it was on fairy but it may not be. All I know is There was a deadline to “register” your EOS like back in either 2018 or 2019 and I did this and now I’m not sure where my EOS is anymore.
