Need help accessing desktop wallet... no pin no keys... but have password. please help. I will pay the person who helps me fix this.
So it has been a long time since I have accessed my desktop wallet simplEOS(installed in November of 2018). Not so simple anymore.
And now it is asking for a PIN that I do not have.
I have seen old posts saying to install the latest version of the desktop wallet, but they also mention public and private keys. But I do not have them, I assumed having the desktop version and never moving the coins I would be safe... I don't even know where would I have gotten the keys, I don't think I wrote them down anywhere.
All I have is my password I created to access the desktop wallet, along with the old wallet still installed on my computer.
Side note - on my ledger hardware wallet, I still have the EOS ERC tokens from the looks of it. I think? I see them on MEW.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will pay for your time, I just do not want to lose my entire investment.
