I would like to know if using the command
I got Litecoin Core's latest version a few days before, so that is why I am asking about that same version.
Also because of the GitHub page claiming it to be experimental, though it does not seem as if it is a prerelease.

Even though I downloaded Litecoin Core using ProtonVPN via OpenVPN, I am attempting to verify it via the GPG signatures the litecoin.org webpage provides. But the output I get is:
Using sudo, I got:
And after I do it again with sudo:
Finally, the input I used was:

I am getting started on using Litecoin Core with my Devuan computer.
However, it seems that downloading the blockchain uses way too much Internet (according to my ISP's webpage, the maximum is 10000 kilobits; nice way to show off little speed with a small unit of measure), and it locks me and my family out of the Internet.
Is there a way to throttle the Internet speed AND disable listening to prevent damage to the Litecoin network? I'm a newbie at crypto, but I have my skeptical points of view anyways.

Easy Way to Buy Litecoin With MasterCard/Visa Gift Card and Send $20 of it Without Using Phone or ID?
Is there such a way with this, as opposed to Bitcoin? With Bitcoin and the like, it's ridiculous. You can't buy or send anything without uploading your identification and using SMS/a phone, which nullifies anything anonymous.
I have no interest in trading, etc. for long term. I just wish there was a simple site where you could buy $20 of Litecoin with a MasterCard/Visa gift card and then simply send that $20 of Litecoin to someone who only takes Litecoin.

The Tor protocol's method of decentralization seems to not be safe, because of the node's ability to read whatever information it receives, and its ability to manipulate the data it sends.
Even if it is decentralized, does Litecoin have workarounds to become reliable?

I would like to save the .litecoin config folder on my computer's internal HDD, while saving the blockchain on a different storage device, and be able to change where I save it
I have no plans to replace my HDD for increasing the storage space, due to today's HDDs lasting less time without failing.
My operating system is Devuan (Debian without systemd).
