Should I wait until flare drop is announced to buy more ltc?

With the flare drop coming ltc is bound to have a price rise, was just wondering if it was a better idea to wait until the date of the drop is announced or buy more ltc now? I’m 17 and still learning about crypto so my apologies if i end up asking some stupid questions
