I was surprised to hear that Tezos settled the lawsuit and paid the $25 million. The reasoning was that legal fees were becoming a burden, but surely they must have been much lower than $25M no? Also, my first thought is that the optics of this are bad, because it would imply that the plaintiffs were correct and Tezos is a security. Isn't that bad for the future? What are your thoughts?
